Hello, I have been searching for information regarding illegal arrest and police misconduct. I have spent the last 5 days looking at penal and civic code. I am so confused. I had an altercation with the San Leandro Pd in California Sunday evening. I was pulled into a parking stall next to a handicapped space. I was im the area with the white hash marks in it. My friend ran in to get some cigarettes and came out in 2 minutes. She was back in the car and I was begining to pull away when i heard a male voice ask if i was handicapped. I turn and said no. A man in a police uniform told me I was parked in a handicapped stall. MORE.....
